From The Ferryman's Notebook

«From the Ferryman's Notebook« ist the first solo show in Germany in twenty years by the Honolulu-born American Jeffrey Silverthorne (b. 1946). His photographic oeuvre captivates with its pointed depiction of existential life matters: identity, gender, love, violence, sexuality, and death. In a confrontation with antique dramas and in the context of the pianterly tradition, a comprehensive oeuvre, that enjoys international recognition, has arisen over the decades.
